on this 321SS union is possible due to our computer controlled 3 axis lathes and 4 axis
machining center. |

Cap - Used in a
highly demanding aerospace application, this 17-4SS valve part has several internal
seating surfaces requiring a 16 finish and burr free corners of .002 radius maximum. |

Wingshaft -
Previously requiring more than 20 chuckings, this 4140 steel wingshaft is machined
complete from a forging operation in 8 operations. Finishes and tolerances formerly
requiring grinding are accomplished at the machine. |

Prism Block - The
milling, drilling, and tapping applications on this 304SS Prism Block are readily achieved
on the 4th axis of our computer controlled machining center. |
